Purchase conditions
The works will be shipped within a maximum fifteen days from the receipt of payment.
The works will be shipped using courier services: MRW for national shipments and FedEx for international shipments.
The delivery time depends on the service which the collector’s apprentice wishes to charge on either our courier account or their own. The usual delivery time involves one to two business days for national shipments, and between one and three working days for international shipments. However, Pepe Cobo SL denies any responsibility derived from late deliveries due to causes beyond our control.
All costs related to local taxes or customs will be paid by the purchaser.
The works will be properly protected before shipment.
Should the work suffer any damage during shipment the customer may return the work within seven days from the receipt of the piece. Once this period elapses no refunds will be allowed.
